An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Child Care Solicitor to join my client's team in their Heanor, Derbyshire offices.
The Role
My client is looking to recruit a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive for their busy child care department which acts for parents and grandparents throughout Derbyshire.
Key Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who is organised and has a good client manner.
- You must be experienced in running your own caseload, working independently and remotely when the need arises due to court commitments.
- All aspects of Care work involved from Case Protection Conferences, PLO attendances and Court Advocacy.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years PQE.
- Children Panel Accreditation would also be advantageous.
