Overview

Family Solicitor role at Clear IT Recruitment Ltd. An excellent opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor to join my client’s team in their Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire offices. The client has been established for over 100 years and has an excellent reputation in Aylesbury and surrounding villages.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including Divorce, financial matters arising from divorce, cohabitation, separation, Pre- and Post-Nuptial Agreements, Private Children Act Matters and Family Law Act Matters.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong knowledge of Family Law matters including Matrimonial Law and Children Act Law.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Critical thinker with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience of covering or assisting with Court Hearings (including remote court hearings) and undertaking own advocacy would be of interest but not essential.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team assisting on family matters, with a willingness to learn.
  • Aiming to progress career, including potential to become Head of Department.
