My client is a Top 40 firm of Chartered Accountants. As a leading firm of Chartered Accountants, they look after the accountancy, tax planning and business advisory needs of their clients (individuals, businesses and third sector organisations both in the UK and overseas).
Responsibilities
- Oversee a diverse portfolio, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering long-term relationships.
- Mentor and develop a team of professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and attract new clients.
- Work closely with Directors and Partners to shape and implement regional strategies aligned with the firm's objectives.
- Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and regional presence.
Qualifications
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience in practice.
- Proven track record in managing client portfolios and leading service delivery across audit, accounts, and advisory.
- Strong ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
- Leadership skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring and influencing teams and clients.
- Motivated to progress to a Director-level role and drive regional growth.
- Understanding of the North West economy and professional landscape is advantageous.
