My client is a well-known Chartered Accountancy firm. They are looking for an Audit Senior/ Semi Senior to join their Newton Abbot office.
Role & Responsibilities include:
- Complete/Plan audits in accordance with the Firm's audit procedures, with assistance from more senior members of staff.
- Review statutory accounts, corporation tax computations and returns.
- Preparation of reports to be presented by Directors during client meetings.
- Liaise directly with clients, building strong rapport and proactively handling queries.
- Work to client expectations, budgets, and deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience:
- ACA/ACCA qualified.
- Practice experience.
- Strong IT skills and proficient in the use of computerised audit, accounts, and tax software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to take responsibility for managing and prioritising workloads and meeting deadlines.
- Accurate, methodical and, inquisitive approach to work.
- Motivated and highly effective whether working independently or as part of a team.
