Our client is a well-established professional services firm, seeking an Administration Assistant to join their Worthing office. This is a varied, multi-functional role supporting both front-of-house operations and internal compliance and accounting processes. The Role

You will provide essential administrative and compliance support across the practice, working closely with multiple departments while also supporting front-of-house responsibilities. The role combines client interaction, administrative coordination, and support with company secretarial and bookkeeping tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as part of the front-of-house team, greeting clients and handling telephone and email enquiries in a professional manner
  • Maintaining and updating client records across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and data integrity
  • Supporting company secretarial processes, including preparation of statutory documentation and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Assisting accountants with bookkeeping tasks and ad hoc financial administration
