My client is recruiting for a Legal Secretary/Post Completions Clerk with 6+ months experience within conveyancing to join their highly regarded and well established conveyancing department in Woodford, London.

It is desired that the successful candidate will have experience in working in a conveyancing department and have the experience and desire to assist the department.

The ideal candidate for this role must have the following:

β€’ 6+ months experience of working in a conveyancing Law Department
β€’ a strong desire to learn
β€’ enthusiastic and ambitious
β€’ hardworking
β€’ organised
β€’ adaptable and accommodating
β€’ a smart and tidy appearance
β€’ excellent attention to detail
β€’ IT competent
β€’ Excellent timekeeping and attendance

The successful conveyancing Law Legal Secretary will undertake duties including but not limited to:

β€’ Assisting solicitors in the conveyancing department
β€’ Creating bundles
β€’ Typing correspondence
β€’ Diary Management
β€’ Audio typing & word processing through Digital Dictation
β€’ Administrative duties
β€’ Filing
β€’ Photocopying
β€’ Assisting other members of the department as required
β€’ Presentation of correspondence and documents
β€’ Liaising with Clients and other parties
β€’ Covering reception during holiday
β€’ Opening and scanning post
