An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Data Specialist or Product Information Manager to join my clients\’ team on a full-time basis in their Norwich, Norfolk offices.
This is a newly created role whereby the job holder will work closely with the Managing Director on new product development projects.

The role includes the following responsibilities:
- Creation and maintenance of accurate pack build spreadsheets for individual components making up full product packs consisting of multiple components.
- Use of pack build spreadsheets to ensure costs, supplier, and selling information is correct on TruBlue operating system.
- Use of pack build spreadsheets to create new products and maintain/update existing products on company websites.
- Creation and layout design of new product pages allowing customers to configure products simply and clearly.
- Maintaining downloadable resources from websites, including CAD drawings, product spec sheets, and line drawings.
- Updating selling and cost prices on company websites, pack spreadsheets, and the operating system as supplier prices change.
- Creation and maintenance of a structured catalogue of pack build spreadsheets to enable transparent checking and updating of pack contents.
- Collaborating with the Managing Director on new product development projects.
- Maintaining and structuring company photographic assets and technical information.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Proficiency in spreadsheet management.
- Proficiency in data analysis.
- Experience with website product management and layout design.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in maintaining data accuracy.
