My client is searching for a Residential Property Conveyancer to join their offices in Middlesbrough.
My client is a very well-established, CQS-accredited, Northeast-based law firm with offices three offices.
They have been in business for over 100 years and are recruiting additional staff to meet the demands of their expanding business.
- The ideal candidate
- Will be an experienced Conveyancer.
- It would be ideal for candidates to have both Residential and Commercial Experience
- Applicants must have a varied knowledge of freehold, leasehold and right to buy matters from initial instruction through to post-completion.
- The work will involve purchases, you will need to be able to run a purchase file from start to finish with minimal supervision.
- You will need to be able to work under your own initiative as well as part of a team.
You need to be precise in your work and have exceptional client care skills.
Duties
- You will be required to attend clients, to give quotes, take instructions and provide updates, showing an ability to work to tight deadlines, prioritising your workload and progressing matters accordingly.
- You will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills with a range of people from all backgrounds and work as a team member.
