Our client is a highly respected and growing Top 100 UK accountancy and business advisory firm with an outstanding reputation for client service, technical expertise and long-term career development. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an ambitious Accounts Tax Partner Designate to join their established team in Sevenoaks. This opportunity is ideally suited to an experienced Senior Manager or Director currently working within a smaller or mid-sized accountancy practice who is looking to take the next step into a larger, progressive firm offering a genuine route to Partnership.

The Role

You will work closely with the Partners and senior leadership team, taking responsibility for managing a diverse client portfolio across accounts, business advisory and tax matters, whilst contributing to strategic growth initiatives and supporting the development of junior staff. This is a visible leadership position with clear progression opportunities towards Partnership for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities
