Our client is seeking an HR and Recruitment Assistant for a 12-month FTC to be based in their Head office, in their Hayes, Middlesex office. Responsible to the HR Manager, you will be supporting day-to-day HR activity, covering but not limited to the following areas:
- 1st stage, online interview evaluation
- Support University campus recruitment planning, work with career centres to manage campus recruiting logistics, organise events and ship materials
- Recruitment database administration
- Helping to maintain applicant tracking data
- Possible travel to other regional offices on occasion
- HR data entry and administrative support
Must be educated to degree level (Bachelor’s degree - any discipline).
Good knowledge of Microsoft-based applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Experience in recruitment would be beneficial, but not essential.
Experience with Salesforce or other ATS would be beneficial, but not essential.
