Job Description
We are seeking a Group Compliance Analyst to join a growing compliance team. This role provides the opportunity to support regulatory, risk, and compliance activities across multiple offices, contributing to a strong compliance culture within a top 40 accountancy practice. The position offers hybrid and flexible working, with some travel required between offices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the development and roll-out of a company-wide Compliance and Risk strategy.
• Facilitate compliance training and communication across the business.
• Prepare regulatory applications to ACCA, ICAEW, and other bodies for new acquisitions.
• Provide advice and guidance to partners, managers, and staff on compliance matters.
• Monitor, report, and help resolve compliance breaches or potential conflicts of interest.
• Maintain up-to-date regulatory policies, risk assessments, and client onboarding templates.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and manage related reporting.
• Represent Compliance in group projects, embedding best practice in business development and processes.
Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years UK regulatory experience in a practice or regulatory body environment.
• Foundational knowledge of risk & compliance in professional services, including CDD, AML, and complex group structures.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Commercial awareness with a professional, confident, and proactive approach.
• UK driving licence for travel across multiple offices.
Employment Details:
• Full-time or part-time permanent role.
• Hybrid working: three days in-office, up to two days remote.
• Flexible working around core hours (10am–4pm).
