Field Engineer – 5335

Our client is seeking an experienced Field Engineer to join their southern team of engineers based between Swindon and Reading.
Main Responsibilities:
SLA-driven EPOS and IT support for Hospitality, Retail, and Healthcare outlets.
Diagnose and rectify issues with EPoS, networking, and networking devices.
Participate in project work including AV, Digital Signage, and Customer Rollouts.
Provide on-site support for EPoS, IT network/communications infrastructure, hardware, and software.
Qualifications and Skills:
Strong understanding of EPoS systems and connectivity.
Networking diagnosis and troubleshooting skills.
Good fault-finding skills.
Customer-facing skills.
Cabling infrastructure experience (Cat5, Cat6, Wireless).
