Job Description
My client is looking for a Corporate Tax Manager or Senior Manager to join their growing tax team. This is a client-facing role, working with a varied portfolio of clients, predominantly tech start-ups and scale-ups, providing high-quality, timely tax advice. You will manage deadlines, complex technical queries, and the work of junior team members, helping clients make informed business decisions while supporting senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and service your own portfolio of corporate tax clients
• Lead and run tax advisory assignments, supporting senior staff on complex matters
• Complete and review complicated client tax returns
• Provide technical advice to clients and internal teams
• Support departmental initiatives, processes, and projects
• Mentor, supervise, and develop junior team members
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and contribute to business development
• Assist with marketing initiatives and client communications
• Monitor chargeable time, recoveries, and billing within the tax team
What you will need:
• ATT or CTA qualified or equivalent qualification with strong corporate tax experience
• Proven experience managing client relationships and portfolios
• Excellent technical knowledge and ability to provide high-quality advice
• Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills
• Comfortable identifying opportunities and supporting business growth initiatives
