We are partnering with a growing, well-established mid-market corporate finance advisory firm looking to appoint a Corporate Finance Director as part of its continued expansion. This is a key senior hire with responsibility for leading transactions and contributing to origination activity across a range of sectors.

The Role:

  • Lead and execute sell-side M&A transactions end-to-end
  • Manage client relationships throughout the deal lifecycle
  • Support and contribute to new business generation
  • Work closely with senior leadership on strategic growth initiatives
  • Mentor and oversee junior team members

Requirements:

  • Proven experience within Corporate Finance / M&A (ideally mid-market)
  • Background in a boutique advisory firm or Big 4 / Top 10 Lead Advisory team
  • Strong track record of delivering transactions
  • Commercially minded with developing or established client relationships
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
