Overview
My client is looking for a Residential Property Solicitor with 2+ years PQE to join their team in their Brighton Office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wishes to progress further in their career and work within higher management. The Law firm has a fantastic reputation and wishes to invite an enthusiastic and motivated Solicitor to become an integral part of the business.
You will take on an existing caseload of varied Residential Property matters with full responsibility of each file from appointment through to completion. You will have the independence to manage your caseload under minimal supervision and be given autonomy to liaise with clients and external resources.
You will have the opportunity to be a point of contact and support for department members who are looking to upskill and broaden their experience in more complex matters. Your knowledge and experience in matters that cross over between Residential Property and Commercial means you will get to form working relationships with members of both departments.
The successful delivery and progression of this role will enable you to progress through the ranks at the firm with the opportunity of partnership. As a firm we are looking to invest in you significantly.
Role
- You will be required to work with the existing successful team to continue to develop the work, client base and contentious specialisms within the team as well as service and support the Firm\\\’s existing established client base.
- You will have the opportunity to work one on one with our marketing team to create bespoke marketing campaigns and have the autonomy to utilise all marketing and social media opportunities to establish a personal and team face and brand.
