Our client is a high-growth tech business providing a Cloud-based POS & Ecommerce solution to small and mid-sized retailers and are looking for an Account Manager to be based in Manchester or Ulverston. As an Account Manager in their Success Team, you’ll be at the forefront of helping retailers maximize the potential of their innovative products and services. Your role will seamlessly blend guiding customers, consultative sales, and developing relationships, making a tangible difference to the businesses you support.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Build, nurture, and sustain positive relationships with retailers, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
  • Identify new sales opportunities with existing clients, presenting solutions that add measurable value to their businesses.
  • Provide expert consultation on their products, services, and best practices.
  • Solve challenges collaboratively, coordinating with internal teams to deliver optimal outcomes for clients.
