Clear IFA is an established and growing financial advisory firm based in Billericay, Essex. The business focuses on delivering clear, compliant and well-structured advice, supported by robust processes and a close-knit team who take pride in doing things properly.
As an IFA Administrator, you’ll support two Financial Advisers and act as a key point of contact for clients, providers and internal colleagues.
The role involves:
- Acting as a first point of contact for clients, handling day-to-day queries in a professional and friendly manner
- Producing illustrations and related documents to support the advice process
- Processing new business across pensions, investments and protection
- Liaising with providers and following up on outstanding requirements
- Maintaining accurate and compliant records on the back-office system
- Supporting advisers so meetings, recommendations and follow-ups run smoothly
You are the person who makes sure advice moves from discussion to completion, with care, accuracy and attention to detail.
This role also offers the opportunity to contribute beyond day-to-day administration. We value team members who take an interest in how the business operates and encourage ideas that help improve processes, client experience and the way the firm continues to develop.
About you:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a financial advisory or IFA practice in an administrative or client service role
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Confidence communicating with clients and providers
- A sound understanding of FCA compliance requirements
- Experience using Intelliflo Office and Dynamic Planner (preferred)
- Strong IT skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach
