We are seeking an ambitious and proactive Talent & Development Partner who is passionate about developing people and supporting organisational growth to join our Talent & Employee Experience team on a fixed-term contract for a period of 9 to 12 months. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on the growth and development of our people, shaping learning and engagement initiatives across the business.
As a Talent & Development Partner, you will play a key role in designing, delivering, and evaluating learning and development programmes. You will support managers and employees at all levels, ensuring they have the skills, tools, and confidence to perform, grow, and thrive. You will also contribute to strategic projects that enhance the overall employee experience and drive a culture of continuous development.
This role is based in the UK, and can be based from Alcester, Leicester, and London. The role involves regular travel to our offices (primarily London, Leicester, with occasional visits to Sheffield and Maidstone) to deliver face-to-face learning and coaching. Travel expenses for any required visits or in-person sessions will be covered in line with company policy.
What You Will Be Doing- Designing and delivering learning and development programmes, including workshops, coaching sessions, and blended learning solutions.
- Working closely with managers and stakeholders to ensure all talent and development activity aligns with business priorities.
- Supporting the Brokerbility Training Academy, including planning, content delivery, and evaluation, contributing to strategic projects that enhance leadership capability, internal mobility, and employee engagement.
- Administering and optimising learning systems and digital tools to ensure accessible, high-quality development opportunities for all employees.
- Proven experience in learning & development, talent development, or employee experience roles.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
- Able to manage multiple projects and priorities, delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable collaborating and influencing stakeholders across the organisation.
- Willingness to travel to multiple office locations to deliver learning and support.
- CIPD qualification (Certificate or equivalent) or relevant professional L&D qualification.
- Experience designing and delivering blended learning programmes or managing large-scale initiatives.
- Coaching qualification or demonstrable experience in coaching theory and practice.
- Experience within insurance or financial services is advantageous.
- Contribute to a high-performing, supportive team that drives employee growth and engagement.
