At Clear, we're looking for a Commercial Account Handler to join our Sheffield / Doncaster team and play a key role in delivering excellent outcomes for commercial clients.
This is a role for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and providing outstanding service.
You'll work closely with clients, Account Executives and insurer partners, helping businesses navigate their insurance needs with confidence. From renewals and policy adjustments to insurer negotiations and day-to-day servicing, you'll play an important role in ensuring clients receive a professional, responsive and seamless experience.
One day you might be supporting a long-standing client through their annual renewal programme. The next, working with insurers to secure competitive terms or helping a client find the right solution to a new challenge.
You'll become part of a collaborative team that combines technical expertise, commercial understanding and a genuine commitment to delivering positive customer outcomes.
We're looking for someone with commercial insurance experience, strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset. Someone who enjoys building trusted relationships, maintaining high standards and continually developing their technical expertise.
