You'll partner with senior leaders and stakeholders across the business to bring strategy, transformation and people initiatives to life through engaging communication and meaningful colleague experiences.

- Leading Clear's communications strategy and channels, including Clear Connect.
- Partnering with leaders to translate strategy, business priorities and change into clear, engaging communications.
- Delivering leadership communications, including Group All Hands, roadshows and executive messaging.
- Driving colleague engagement initiatives across recognition, wellbeing, EDI, charity, volunteering and Employee Voice.

- Using data, technology and AI to continuously improve communication effectiveness and colleague experience.
What we're looking for
You'll bring experience in communications, colleague engagement, employee experience or change communications within a fast-paced organisation.
You'll be comfortable operating strategically while remaining hands‑on, building strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders, influencing at all levels and creating programmes and communications that drive understanding, engagement and action.
Experience supporting growth, organisational change, acquisitions, integrations or transformation programmes would be particularly valuable.
