We’re looking for an Employee Benefits Account Broker (SME) to join our Leicester team. This is a varied and client-focused role, offering a mix of administrative support and the chance to manage your own portfolio of SME clients. You’ll be at the heart of the day-to-day running of client accounts, supporting colleagues while also taking ownership of your own clients. You’ll gain exposure to a broad range of employee benefits, including Private Medical Insurance, Health Cash Plans, Dental Cover, and Group Risk, and be involved in the full client lifecycle – from onboarding and policy administration to renewals and ongoing servicing.
