We're looking for a Commercial Account Handler to join our team, supporting a diverse portfolio of commercial clients across a broad range of insurance products. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment where you'll build your expertise, develop strong client relationships and play a key role in delivering outstanding customer outcomes.

What you'll be doing

As a Commercial Account Handler, you'll:

• Manage day-to-day servicing activity across commercial insurance portfolios.
• Support renewals, mid-term adjustments and policy administration.
• Work closely with Account Executives to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Build strong relationships with clients, insurers and internal colleagues.
• Obtain quotations, policy terms and insurer support to meet client requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to client retention and service excellence across the business.

What we're looking for

We're interested in hearing from candidates who have:

• Experience within a commercial insurance account handling role.
• Knowledge of commercial insurance products and servicing processes.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Experience using Acturis or similar insurance broking systems.
• A proactive approach and commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.

Progress towards Cert CII, experience supporting more complex risks or broader market knowledge would be advantageous, but most importantly we're looking for people who are customer-focused, collaborative and eager to continue developing their expertise.
