We're looking for a Business MI & Insights Analyst to join our growing Data, MI & Analytics team. This is a highly visible role that sits at the heart of UK Retail, partnering with operational leaders and commercial stakeholders to understand performance, identify opportunities and provide meaningful insight that drives action.

What You'll Be Doing
You’ll work at the intersection of data, operations and business performance, helping leaders understand what's happening across the business and where improvements can be made.
You’ll:
- Develop and maintain insightful dashboards, reports and MI solutions using Power BI and SQL
- Analyse operational performance, productivity, customer outcomes and service delivery
- Identify trends, risks and opportunities that support better decision-making
- Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Sales, Customer Experience and Retail leadership teams
- Support performance measurement, Consumer Duty monitoring and business change initiatives
- Help embed a culture of data-driven decision making across UK Retail
- Translate analysis into clear recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes
What We're Looking For
We're interested in people who can combine analytical capability with strong commercial awareness and stakeholder engagement.
You’ll likely have:
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with structured datasets
- Experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
- The ability to turn data into actionable business insight
- Experience working in operational, customer-focused or regulated environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A natural curiosity and desire to understand the story behind the data
Experience within insurance, insurance operations or knowledge of Acturis would be beneficial but isn't essential.
