We’re looking for a Business Manager – Sales Support to join Clear Group and play a central role in enabling the performance of our UK Retail Sales function. This is a key position within the business, responsible for turning strategy into action, improving how the sales team operates, and ensuring leadership has the visibility and insight needed to drive growth.
You’ll act as the operational and analytical backbone of the sales function, helping to create a more structured, efficient, and commercially focused environment. This role suits someone who enjoys working across strategy, data, and operations - and wants to directly influence how a fast-growing sales organisation performs.
What you’ll be doing
- Turn sales strategy into clear, actionable plans
- Improve and standardise sales processes to increase efficiency and consistency
- Produce Board packs, scorecards, and sales performance reporting
- Maintain visibility and accuracy of the sales pipeline and forecasting
- Support strategic account planning for key and enterprise clients
- Partner across Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Broking to support sales delivery
- Coordinate sales communications, including performance updates and success stories
- Provide insight and analysis to support commercial decision-making
