We're looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join our growing UK Retail Sales team and play a key role in driving client retention, business development and sustainable growth.
Whether developing new opportunities, strengthening existing relationships or helping clients navigate their evolving insurance needs, you'll act as a trusted adviser who combines commercial thinking with exceptional client service.
- What you'll be doing
- Developing and winning new business opportunities.
- Managing and growing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
- Building trusted relationships with clients, prospects and insurer partners.
- Leading renewal and placement discussions to achieve competitive and appropriate outcomes.
- Identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships and broaden service propositions.
- Collaborating with Broking Operations and specialist teams to deliver outstanding service.
- Contributing to growth, retention and revenue objectives across the business.
What we're looking for
You’ll ideally bring
- Experience within commercial insurance sales, client management or account executive roles.
- Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence developing new business opportunities.
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management capability.
- Knowledge of commercial insurance products and insurer markets.
- A customer-focused, commercially minded approach.
Professional qualifications such as Cert CII or Dip CII would be advantageous, but most importantly we’re looking for people who are ambitious, relationship-focused and motivated by helping clients succeed.
