We’re looking for an Account Handler to join our Broking Operations team at Clear Group. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their insurance career to build hands-on experience in a fast-paced broking environment, supporting Account Executives, insurers, and clients to ensure policies are managed accurately and efficiently.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team where attention to detail, great service, and strong organisation really matter and where you’ll develop your knowledge across a wide range of insurance products and processes.

What you’ll be doing

  • Support with renewals, new business, and mid-term adjustments
  • Handle day-to-day client queries quickly and professionally
  • Prepare and process policy documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Support Account Executives with client servicing and insurer communication
  • Maintain accurate records in line with FCA and compliance requirements
  • Identify potential cross-sell or upsell opportunities and escalate where appropriate
  • Help ensure smooth workflow and internal handovers across the team

What you’ll bring

  • Some experience in insurance, customer service, or an office-based role
