This is an opportunity to take full ownership of a portfolio of high-quality SME workspaces and make them your own. Managing multiple sites, you’ll make decisions that directly influence customer experience and building performance.
With a strong focus on operational excellence, you’ll be responsible for delivering high standards across both hard and soft services. From health & safety and security to the overall look and feel of each building, your input will be visible and impactful. Working closely with specialist contractors and service partners, you’ll play a key role in managing costs, reducing risk, and monitoring performance to ensure sites operate efficiently and safely.

What You’ll Do
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of multiple sites, ensuring buildings are safe, compliant, and maintained to a high standard
- Oversee all building services, including maintenance, repairs, security, and health & safety
- Manage external service providers, reviewing performance and controlling costs to deliver efficient, high‑quality outcomes
- Coordinate fire safety inspections, audits, and statutory compliance across your portfolio
- Maintain accurate site documentation, including O&M manuals, safety files, asset registers, and certification
- Manage budgets and service charge expenditure, approving spend and tracking costs to ensure value for money
What You’ll Need
- IOSH Managing Safely (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of building engineering systems and health & safety requirements
- Experience managing budgets and service charge costs with a focus on efficiency
- Confidence instructing and monitoring works, including reviewing RAMS and issuing PTWs
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams
