Hybrid working - 2 days per week

Our client, a growing and supportive law firm based in Bromley, is looking for a newly qualified Leasehold Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Paralegal with a background in residential property (or a strong interest in it) to join our growing Leasehold Enfranchisement team.

This is a great opportunity for a newly qualified lawyer or experienced support professional ready to step into a fee-earning role and develop specialist expertise in lease extensions and enfranchisement work.

The role includes:

  • Handling lease extensions, variations, consents and management enquiries
  • Learning and progressing into statutory enfranchisement work
  • Working closely with clients, agents and referrers
  • Being part of a collaborative, well-established specialist team
