Clear is looking for an experienced Optimisation Engineer to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive support, and energy optimisation services across commercial, retail, and hospitality sites across London and the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver PPM and reactive maintenance on Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC controls.
- Diagnose and resolve faults on control systems, software, and plant equipment.
- Identify and implement energy-saving and optimisation opportunities.
- Complete service reports and technical documentation accurately and on time.
- Support small works projects, repairs, and installations.
- Provide technical advice to clients on building controls and energy efficiency.
- Maintain the highest standards of Health & Safety.
Requirements
- HNC/ONC (or equivalent) in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- Experience with BMS platforms such as Trend, Cylon and/or Tridium.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of HVAC controls and energy management systems.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
