Location: London – Hybrid Working

Salary: £55,000 – £70,000

Responsibilities

Delivering complex BMS projects including upgrades, retrofits, optimisation works and system enhancements

Managing project delivery end‐to‐end: design reviews, engineering input, installation oversight, commissioning coordination and handover

Developing technical solutions and supporting with system configuration (Trend, Tridium)

Working closely with specialist clients across critical environments, commercial buildings and advanced facilities

Building strong client relationships and ensuring smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle

Identifying opportunities for system improvements, energy optimisation and technology upgrades

Desired Experience

Solid background in BMS engineering, project delivery, small works, or upgrades

Experience with one or more key BMS platforms: Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider, etc.

Strong understanding of BMS architecture, control strategy, field devices, and commissioning processes

Comfortable managing multiple projects and balancing technical and commercial responsibilities

A proactive approach to problem‐solving, innovation and delivering high‐quality work
