As a Measurement & Control Engineer, you'll be at the heart of modern building automation, ensuring systems perform efficiently, sustainably, and reliably. You'll be responsible for optimising and maintaining advanced Building Management Systems (BMS), integrating innovative control solutions, and helping clients get the best out of their technology.
Working across commercial, industrial, and public-sector projects, you'll play a key role in delivering smarter, more energy-efficient environments across the Netherlands.

Responsibilities:
- Perform system testing, calibration, and performance verification of BMS and control systems
- Analyse data to improve energy efficiency and system optimisation
- Diagnose and repair measurement and control issues in the field
- Support commissioning, configuration, and integration of new control solutions
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
Desired Experience:
- A background in Building Management Systems, HVAC controls, or industrial automation
- Experience with control platforms such as Tridium, Siemens, Schneider, or Honeywell
- Strong understanding of sensors, instrumentation, and data-driven control
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Fluency in English (Dutch a bonus)
- A valid EU driving licence
