Mobile Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on Engineering Supervisor
• Managing a team of engineers
• Overseeing service, PPMs, and breakdowns
• Working in an industrial energy centre and district heating network
• Electrical & Mechanical fault finding and repairs
• Monday to Friday – Site Based
• Experience with mechanical or electrical systems (Steam, Pumps, Combustion, CHP, Generators, Heat Network)
• Computer literate, good communication skills, and commercially aware
• Familiar with plant room & energy centre environments
• Experience as a Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or Marine Engineer
• Mechanical or Electrical qualifications or time served (NVQ, HNC, or equivalent)
