Commission the systems that make modern buildings work. We're looking for a BMS Commissioning Engineer to join a growing engineering team delivering intelligent building and controls solutions. This is a hands-on technical role covering commissioning, software, controls and HVAC systems.
Responsibilities
- Commission BMS control systems.
- Set up controllers, sensors and field devices.
- Test HVAC control sequences.
- Modify software and control strategies.
- Carry out point-to-point testing.
- Diagnose and resolve commissioning issues.
- Complete commissioning documentation.
- Work closely with project managers and site teams.
- Attend customer meetings when required.
- Support handover and client training.
Experience
- Previous BMS commissioning experience.
- Strong understanding of HVAC controls.
- Experience with Trend, Tridium or similar BMS systems.
- Ability to interpret control schematics.
- Strong fault-finding skills.
- Comfortable working independently on site.
- Full UK driving licence.
