We are looking for an experienced HVAC professional to join our team as a Project Lead. This role is ideal for a Senior AC/HVAC Engineer looking to take the next step into Project Management, or someone with building services project experience who enjoys coordinating people, projects, and client relationships.
The Role
You'll support the delivery of HVAC projects from start to finish, helping to coordinate engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Working closely with the Senior Project Manager, you'll be involved in project planning, site meetings, technical problem-solving, cost control, procurement, and client communication. This is a hands-on role that combines technical HVAC knowledge with project coordination and leadership responsibilities, offering excellent career progression into Project Management.
What We're Looking For
- Strong HVAC/Air Conditioning background (Senior Engineer experience preferred)
- Experience coordinating projects, teams, or subcontractors
- Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and building services installations
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Engineering, Building Services, or Project Management qualification desirable but not essential
