The Role
- Oversee the full lifecycle delivery of complex BMS projects within the data centre sector, from design coordination through to commissioning and handover.
- Manage BMS projects from pre-construction through to final delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Oversee programme, budget, and resource planning.
- Coordinate design, engineering, installation, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Support commercial performance, variations, and reporting.
About You
- Proven experience managing BMS / Building Management System projects.
- Strong background in data centres, mission-critical, or large commercial projects.
- Solid understanding of BMS platforms, integration, and controls strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
