Drive specification sales by engaging with consultants and influencing project designs. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the lighting controls market. Prepare accurate project quotations aligned with customer requirements. Manage opportunities and customer interactions through the CRM system. Provide customers with regular project updates and ensure a high level of service. Collaborate with internal project delivery teams to ensure smooth project handovers. Deliver professional presentations and technical discussions with decision-makers across the industry. Travel throughout the UK to visit customers and support project development. Desired Experience Previous experience working with lighting control systems. Strong understanding of DALI controls and their practical applications. Proven track record in business development, sales, or specification sales within the lighting industry. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable engaging with consultants, contractors, and senior stakeholders. Proficient with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications. Engineering or technical background within lighting controls would be advantageous. Self-motivated, organised, and driven to exceed sales targets.
