Clear. are looking for a BMS Manager to drive the design, coordination, and commissioning of complex Building Management Systems β ensuring seamless integration and peak performance in a mission-critical environment.

Opportunity to Lead Project
Responsibilities:
Oversee all BMS project activities from design to completion.
Collaborate closely with MEP, electrical, ICT, and commissioning teams to deliver fully integrated solutions.
Review and validate BMS drawings, control philosophies, and technical specifications.
Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to exacting standards.
Lead Factory & Site Acceptance Testing (FAT/SAT) and Integrated System Testing (IST).
Act as the go-to BMS expert for clients, consultants, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
Desired Experience:
Proven background in BMS management within data centres or other mission-critical projects.
Strong technical understanding of controls, networks, and third-party system integrations (chillers, CRACs, UPS, lighting, etc.).
Hands-on experience with design review, commissioning, and project coordination.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
