I'm supporting a well-established, highly successful organisation with a dedicated Special Projects team, the place where the most interesting, challenging and high-value BMS projects land. Location: London - Hybrid Working
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000

Responsibilities:
- Delivering complex BMS projects including upgrades, retrofits, optimisation works and system enhancements
- Managing project delivery end-to-end: design reviews, engineering input, installation oversight, commissioning coordination and handover
- Developing technical solutions and supporting with system configuration (Trend, Tridium)
- Working closely with specialist clients across critical environments, commercial buildings and advanced facilities
- Building strong client relationships and ensuring smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Identifying opportunities for system improvements, energy optimisation and technology upgrades
Desired Experience:
- Solid background in BMS engineering, project delivery, small works, or upgrades
- Experience with one or more key BMS platforms: Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider, etc.
- Strong understanding of BMS architecture, control strategy, field devices, and commissioning processes
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and balancing technical and commercial responsibilities
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, innovation and delivering high-quality work
