An opportunity has arisen for an experienced BMS Project Manager to deliver high-profile data centre projects across London. You will take full ownership of BMS project delivery, working closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and end clients to ensure successful outcomes in critical environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage BMS projects from design through installation, commissioning, and handover.
- Take full responsibility for programme, cost control, and quality delivery.
- Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers across multiple live projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all works comply with health & safety, quality, and industry standards.
