A leading BMS business is looking for an experienced BMS Sales Manager to join their growing Data Centre division. This is a new business-focused role, developing relationships with Data Centre owners, operators, consultants and contractors and winning new BMS opportunities.
The Role
- Develop and win new BMS business within the Data Centre sector
- Build relationships with key clients, consultants and contractors
- Manage and grow a strong sales pipeline
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals
- Interpret specifications and produce BMS points lists
- Work closely with engineering and project teams
- Manage selected existing accounts
- Attend client meetings and industry events
What We’re Looking For
- Proven BMS sales experience
- Strong technical understanding of BMS and controls
- Experience generating new business
- Ability to understand specifications and develop BMS solutions
- Confident dealing with clients and senior decision makers
- Data Centre experience is highly desirable
- Knowledge of Trend, Schneider, Tridium, Siemens, Distech, Cylon or similar
- Full UK driving licence

- Competitive salary - 80,000 - 100,000
