Key Responsibilities:- Oversee a select number of key accounts, ensuring personalized attention and tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Gain a deep understanding of clients' objectives for their contracts and buildings, ensuring that services align with their goals.
- Manage client portfolios by organizing and leading risk assessments and meetings to address any concerns and opportunities.
- Provide strategic guidance on system upgrades, energy-saving initiatives, and integration with other smart technologies.
Monday to Friday - Hybrid Working
Background Required:- 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Building Management Systems (BMS), preferably with platforms such as Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider, or Honeywell.
- A strong understanding of HVAC control systems, energy management, and building automation principles.
- Experience interpreting technical specifications and producing accurate system designs or proposals.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. HND/HNC, degree in engineering, BMS-specific certifications) are advantageous.
