Clear is looking for an IoT Field Engineer to join a fast-growing team delivering next-generation connectivity to commercial buildings across the UK. This is your chance to evolve your skills beyond traditional BMS and into the world of wireless sensors, LoRaWAN networks, and cloud-based platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Visiting client sites to validate BMS infrastructure and assess IT readiness for IoT deployments
- Conducting RF and LoRaWAN surveys to optimise sensor placement
- Installing and commissioning IoT devices, gateways and sensors
- Managing devices and diagnostics on platforms like Loriot
- Troubleshooting network and data transmission issues
- Working closely with clients and project teams to deliver smooth rollouts
Experience Required:
- Solid experience with BMS or controls systems in live building environments
- Working knowledge of IP networking, VLANs, switches, firewalls etc.
- Familiarity with Modbus, BACnet or related building protocols
- Comfortable with site work, fault-finding and client interaction
- Curious about IoT, cloud integration and modern wireless technologies
