We are looking for a Senior Service & Small Works BMS Engineer to take ownership of technically interesting systems across a growing regional portfolio. This isn’t a standard PPM role; it’s an opportunity to become the trusted technical lead on site, identify improvement opportunities, price and deliver small works, and directly influence how projects are delivered.
This position combines high-level service engineering with full ownership of small works from concept through to completion. You will maintain and optimise live systems, diagnose complex faults, and proactively identify upgrade opportunities that improve reliability, performance, and energy efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-level PPM and complex fault diagnosis
- Modify, upgrade and optimise Trend & Niagara systems
- Commission upgrades and integrate via BACnet / Modbus
- Identify improvement works and price them
- Manage small works projects end-to-end
- Act as the trusted technical lead on site
What You Need
- Strong experience with Trend and Tridium / Niagara
- Solid HVAC & building services controls knowledge
- Commissioning and advanced fault-finding capability
- Confidence working independently
