Responsibilities:
- Delivering complex BMS projects including upgrades, retrofits, optimisation works and system enhancements.
- Managing project delivery end-to-end: design reviews, engineering input, installation oversight, commissioning coordination and handover.
- Developing technical solutions and supporting with system configuration (Trend, Tridium).
- Working closely with specialist clients across critical environments, commercial buildings and advanced facilities.
- Building strong client relationships and ensuring smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identifying opportunities for system improvements, energy optimisation and technology upgrades.
Desired Experience:
- Solid background in BMS engineering, project delivery, small works, or upgrades.
- Experience with one or more key BMS platforms: Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider, etc.
- Strong understanding of BMS architecture, control strategy, field devices, and commissioning processes.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and balancing technical and commercial responsibilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, innovation and delivering high-quality work.
