Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of BMS projects within live or new-build data centre environments, from initial design review through to commissioning and handover.
* Interpret and refine BMS designs, ensuring they meet client specifications and project requirements. Coordinate with in-house and external design teams as needed.
* Manage project timelines, resources and subcontractors to ensure delivery milestones are met. Work closely with internal project managers and site teams to maintain progress and quality.
* Act as the technical point of contact for clients and consultants. Attend project meetings, provide regular updates and resolve any technical queries throughout the project lifecycle.
* Oversee system commissioning, including point-to-point checks, software upload, graphics configuration and final handover.
* Prepare and review technical documentation, O&M manuals and commissioning reports.
Experience Required:
* Strong background in BMS project delivery (Trend, Tridium, or Ecostruxure).
* Experience in commissioning, design reviews and client liaison.
* Ability to manage project timelines and subcontractors.
* Bonus points if you’ve worked in data centres or other critical environments.
