Job Purpose

Collaborate with the Creative Director and Senior Graphic Designer to ensure the delivery of high-quality motion graphics content and video editing projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute motion design and video editing tasks as directed by the Creative Director and accounts team.
  • Participate in creative meetings, contributing ideas for motion and video content.
  • Integrate motion graphics, sound, and special effects to elevate storytelling.
  • Develop and pitch creative ideas for both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) campaigns.
  • Deliver projects to exceptional standards within agreed timelines.
  • Oversee external video editors during peak periods as needed.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all client and internal projects, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines.

Person Specification

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design and video projects.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their specific content requirements.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
