Sales Operations Specialist – Payments

Salary: £50-65,000 plus benefits

The Sales Operations team supports the Commercial unit by providing tools, data, and insights to streamline processes, improve productivity, and drive sales growth.

We seek a detail-oriented, process-driven individual who thrives on turning challenges into opportunities. Your data-driven approach will empower our sales team to achieve greater efficiency and deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

  • Document sales processes to ensure consistency and data accuracy.
  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement improvements.
  • Maintain data accuracy within CRM systems.
  • Support Sales by offering insights and resolving operational issues.
  • Train Sales on new processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success to align customer journeys.
  • Optimise CRM and CLM systems to enhance customer engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Education : Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field, with payments or financial services focus as a plus.
  • Experience : 2+ years in sales operations or business analytics, preferably in cross-border payments. Imaging knowledge is a plus.
  • CRM Experience : Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
  • Technical Skills : Advanced Excel and Power Automate experience.
  • Communication Skills : Ability to convey complex ideas clearly across teams.
  • Problem-Solving : Data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency skills.
  • Language Proficiency : Professional English proficiency for international communication.
