The Sales Operations team supports the Commercial unit by providing tools, data, and insights to streamline processes, improve productivity, and drive sales growth.
We seek a detail-oriented, process-driven individual who thrives on turning challenges into opportunities. Your data-driven approach will empower our sales team to achieve greater efficiency and deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
- Document sales processes to ensure consistency and data accuracy.
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement improvements.
- Maintain data accuracy within CRM systems.
- Support Sales by offering insights and resolving operational issues.
- Train Sales on new processes and systems.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success to align customer journeys.
- Optimise CRM and CLM systems to enhance customer engagement.
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field, with payments or financial services focus as a plus.
- Experience: 2+ years in sales operations or business analytics, preferably in cross-border payments. Imaging knowledge is a plus.
- CRM Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and Power Automate experience.
- Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex ideas clearly across teams.
- Problem-Solving: Data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency skills.
- Language Proficiency: Professional English proficiency for international communication.
