Our team is based in Manchester, bringing together strategists, creatives, and producers who make great ideas happen.
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our client services team and help deliver standout campaigns for major international brands within the FMCG and quick-service restaurant sectors. The successful candidate will be the day-to-day contact for clients, responsible for taking briefs, managing projects, liaising with multiple teams, and ensuring smooth delivery of campaigns from concept to execution. This is an ideal role for someone with one or more years of account or project management experience who is ready to step up and work with global brands.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the main point of contact for key brand clients across European markets
- Take and interpret briefs, ensuring clear communication across creative, production, and strategy teams
- Manage timelines, budgets, and delivery schedules to ensure projects run smoothly
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Support the coordination and delivery of activations and events across Europe
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and creative opportunities
- Minimum 1 year of experience in account management, client services, or project coordination, ideally in a creative, marketing, or hospitality environment
- Strong communication and organisation skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects at once
- A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Confidence in liaising with clients and internal teams across different levels
- Enthusiasm for creativity, branding, and events
- Flexibility to travel within Europe when required
