We are currently seeking a Warehouse Team Leaderat Fourth Way for the 3pm to Midnight shift.
As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will manage a team of colleagues to maintain the required output levels for a specific warehouse area, delivering results that exceed our KPIs. You will be responsible for coaching, leading, motivating, and developing your team to achieve operational targets on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs within your area.
- Coach, lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver operational targets.
- Manage operational processes within your area.
- Drive a culture of health and safety through leading by example.
- Communicate with your team regularly through team meetings.
- Lead disciplinary meetings, performance reviews, and grievance meetings when required.
Technical Competencies:
- Experience in managing and working in a warehouse environment is desirable but not essential.
- Proficiency in computer skills (Word and Excel).
- Strong people management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Natural coaching ability.
- Good presentation skills.
- Leadership skills.
- Teamwork and collaboration.
